LeyA provides a social media management platform that enables you to:

• Schedule content for future publication
• Generate AI-powered captions and content
• Access analytics and performance metrics
• Manage multiple social media pages

User Responsibilities

When using LeyA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Be solely responsible for all content you create and publish
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with Facebook, Instagram, and other platform policies
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Subscription and Payment Terms

Our pricing and payment terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• Payments are processed securely and encrypted
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Free trial users will not be charged unless they upgrade

Content Ownership and License

You retain all rights to content you create. By using LeyA, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Publish your content to the social media platforms you designate
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the service.

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime:

• We do not guarantee 100% service availability
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
• Third-party platform outages may affect functionality
• We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Violate third-party platform policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Have outstanding payment obligations
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the service

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Limitation of Liability

LeyA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
